The theoretical risk associated of enhanced risk for transmission of HIV w Ad5 vectors needs to be clearly addressed esp if vaccines using this vector e.g. SputnikV( Ad26/Ad5) are being rolled out in high HIV prevalence countries! Need to monitor & counsel those vaccinated!
